Train Different - The same old gym routines can be tedious! With a focus on movement and performance, I ensure every session is fun and challenging


Train Together - Get involved in our group adventure days including team hikes, outdoor activities and regular socials to build fitness and friendships. The semi-private training allows you to work on your OWN goals but alongside like minded people for more fun and motivation!

Quality coaching - Certified PT, Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach and Olympic Lifting Certified, I can help take your game to the next level, lose body fat, build confidence or learn new skills. From gym-newbies to GB athletes I have worked with all individuals to get them amazing results

Focus - I focus on you as a whole. Your background, your 'why', your goals and your mindset. You are not just another body going through the motions at LRF
